Important announcement - Please read

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the closures of 3 Pulp Stores across the UK with immediate effect.

In order for Pulp to further develop as a company we have taken the difficult decision to close 3 of our stores.  This means we can focus on delivering the best alternative fashion to the high street in our remaining 6 stores.

They are as follows:

• Wakefield Trinity Walk
• Stratford (London) Westfield
• Derby Westfield

The remaining 6 stores and our online service www.thisispulp.co.uk continue to trade, as normal.

We are soon to be launching our new and improved website.  This will stock a much larger range of products and brands, giving you the opportunity to still purchase your favourite Pulp products.

We would like to thank all of our customers, old and new for their support of these stores. Whilst these stores will no longer exist we of course still value your custom and would like to offer you free delivery for any online purchases until 31/03/12.  Full details can be found at the bottom of this page.

Refunds & Exchanges 

If you need to return or exchange an item and your local store has closed please send the item and proof of purchase to Van Gaver House, 48-50 Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AP. Clearly state whether you require an exchange or refund and remember to include your name, address & contact number. The cost of postage will be refunded also.

Please note the item must be returned in a saleable condition. If the item is faulty please list fault.

Gift vouchers can be used in any of our other 6 stores. Also they can be used online - please see below in FAQ. Any queries regarding gift vouchers then contact the email address above.

Free Delivery Online

To qualify for free delivery for online purchases your billing address and postal address must be from one of the 3 cities where stores are closing.

Simply type in the code PULPFREEDEL at checkout. No minimum spend is required, offer expires 31/03/12.

Q. What should I do if I have purchased gift vouchers from a PULP store which has closed?

Don’t panic. Post your gift vouchers to Van Gaver House, 48-50 Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AP along with the following details:

• Name
• Location vouchers were purchased
• Telephone number
• Email address

We will generate a special code for you to redeem your vouchers on our online store www.thisispulp.co.uk

and we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to let you know what your code is.

Q. What is the returns policy for products purchased at a store which has closed?
